ABOUT US The Deale Shorebirds is an is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide sports education to area boys and girls that will encourage teamwork, respect and sportsmanship, and build self-esteem and self-confidence. The Executive Board consists of elected officers, a board of directors and adjunct members (sports commissioners and committee leaders), all of whom volunteer their time and services to the club. Regular membership is extended to any participant in a DEALE-sponsored activity. The success of the club and its mission is due in large part to its volunteers, both seasonal and year-round, who serve as coaches, team-parents, field maintenance crews, SnackShack managers, etc. If you are interested in volunteering your time and efforts to help the club, please feel free to contact us.
